Overview

Atelier is a digital wardrobe solution that catalogs garments and curates personalized outfit recommendations based on the user’s wardrobe and calendar.

I collaborated with two designers, a Product Manager, and Software Developers to design and build this 0→1 product, streamlining outfit planning and enhancing wardrobe organization to help users dress with confidence.

Challenges

With a team of designers, developers, and a Product Manager from diverse backgrounds, aligning on a shared vision and workflow was a challenge.

Additionally, the tight five-week timeline added pressure to move quickly while maintaining quality.

How We Overcame Them

Teamwork was key. We established dedicated regular meetings, streamlined communication, and divided tasks efficiently to stay on track and deliver a cohesive final product.
